We PASSED our health inspection with flying colors!! We are SO excited to start filling our October calendar with fun events and pop ups!!

Yes, we have GF! All of our menu items can be made gluten free. This was never going to be another thing my little sister couldn’t eat. 2 years ago my younger sis was diagnosed with celiac disease and it has changed the way we spend time together as a family (we’re Italians so we like to EAT). It has also introduced me to cooking gluten-free! The world really doesn’t treat gluten-free as a legitimate thing, and when they do, places upcharge or are sloppy in avoiding cross-contamination. Not to say we haven’t enjoyed several safe places to eat together, but MY food cart is not going to be a place of exclusion for GF folks.

The Dutch Mini Pancakes make it to Youngstown this October! In between my full-time career as a public librarian, I’ve been recipe testing, building my cart, and investing $$$ into a commercial grade fridge that will operate on my cart, my health department training + license, and multiple vital pieces of equipment that will allow me to share my creations with my community. I’m excited, scared, happy, and tired LOL. 🥞
