After 15 years, I have made the difficult decision to close Kollar Chocolates.

It has been a privilege to build something from the ground up and to share it with this community. What began as a small idea became a place shaped by craftsmanship, discipline, and the daily pursuit of doing things well.

To the town of Yountville, the Napa Valley community, and the many guests who visited us from near and far, thank you. Your support, curiosity, and loyalty gave this work meaning.

To our team, past and present your dedication and care are what defined Kollar Chocolates. I’m deeply grateful for what we created together.

We will remain open for a short time as we wind things down. If you’d like to visit, we would be honored to see you and order online while supplies last.
