Hello everyone!!! It has been a really long time since we have posted. We’ve been very focused on our other business for the last 6 years…but… we have some exciting news! Thumper will be back up and running soon and we will be getting back in touch and doing what we love, making drums! So stay tuned, and I’ll keep you posted over the next several months as we bring Thumper back to life with new vigor! We super appreciate all that follow us and are inspired by all who play!

We are sorry to say that the founder of Thumper Custom Drums has passed today… John Jones was truly an amazing person who showed care and love when no others would. He was a great supporter of others and their passions. He was an avid Seattle Seahawks fan and obviously loved Drums! He may have been quick to temper, but he was also quick to love. His love ran deeper then most and felt unconditional. He always showed care and gave when he had none… His love for the drums has changed many lives as he decided to start Thumper Custom Drums. His goal was always to provide the best quality at an affordable price. I personally feel so grateful to have met john and feel honored to have been tutored by him. He was truly a craftsman that paid attention to detail. May his drums live forever and his love carry on. RIP John’s Jones…

Hello friends!!! So, I know it has been a long time since we’ve been active, but a lot has been happening in our personal lives… we aren’t quite out of the woods, but I’m gonna slowly start getting the builds rolling again! I’m just reaching out and seeing if anyone has some interest or would like some work done to the current kit (bearing edges or refinishes). I’m starting a build and will have the production line going, so it’s a good time to get some work done! I also have a number of pre built drums available for purchase that I will be listing soon that will be significantly reduced pricing! I’ve just been too busy to market them and I want to seen them being used!!! Keeps yours ears and eyes out for that list and don’t hesitate to reach out in the mean time!
