It is with an incredibly heavy heart that I have to announce that Animal Crackers Kids Exchange will be closing our doors.
The last 4 years have meant more to me than I could ever put into words. What started as a small dream became a place filled with love, laughter, friendships, and so many memories. So many of you became more than customers — you became friends and family. You supported my small business through every high and low, and I will never be able to fully express how thankful I am for that.
This decision was not made lightly, and honestly, it’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. Due to personal circumstances and divorce, life is taking me in a different direction right now.
But I do want to say this — I do not believe this is the end of Animal Crackers. I truly believe this is just a pause during a very difficult season of life. Animal Crackers has been built with so much love, heart, and community support that I can’t imagine it being gone forever. I’m hopeful that one day, when life settles again, the doors will reopen in some way, shape, or form. 🩷
Thank you for every purchase, every kind word, every share, every conversation, and every moment of support you gave to me, my family, and this little shop. You helped make Animal Crackers something truly special.
