I have been hooked on wheat stitch projects by Briana K Designs. Has anyone else done a project with this stitch? So far I’ve made coffee sleeves (regular & pumpkin), dish towel holders and Christmas pickles! Her pumpkins are super poplar, I’ll have to make one soon. I’ll link her website in the comments, she also has a YouTube channel that has a tutorial for most projects 💕

I purchased a new crepe maker from amazon recently and we are loving making crepes! The first ones we made with the new maker were monte Cristo - with ham, turkey, swiss cheese, strawberry pepper jelly and powdered sugar. They were SO GOOD! What are your favorite fillings inside a crepe?

I love Mary’s cleaning challenges! Excited to get started with this one!

Welcome to Week 1 of the Spring Cleaning Challenge! I clean almost everything from top to bottom because dust and cleaning sprays settle downward. When I created a 5 week spring cleaning schedule, I also went from the tops of our homes to the bottoms. For the "middle" of our homes, I tried to just do an order that makes sense. Like, let's group all the kitchen cleaning into one week.

Unlike the Declutter Challenge where I encourage you to stick to the scheduled task to avoid burnout, Spring Cleaning is different. You can do an entire week in 1 day if you want to speed things up (or wait until Saturday and make it a family activity). Or you can go slow or even move things around.

Whatever you do, do some deep cleaning. The Spring Cleaning tasks in this schedule are important to do at least once a year, so why not do them now??

Because I decided to make the Spring Cleaning Challenge Schedule a FREE Printable this year, I will not have a weekly blog post describing what to do each week. Instead, I will just invite you to download the FREE printable for the schedule and I will give you tips to complete the tasks in a weekly email. I recently bought this northern lights projector for my bedroom and bathroom for bubble baths. It has multiple settings for different colors, white noice machine and works as a blue tooth speaker. My favorite setting is all the light with the green stars added. I love this so much! I’ll post the link of the exact one I got in the comments. (Contains affiliate links)

I tripled my empanada filling and made a bunch of burritos to freeze. They came out amazing! I used 1/2 cup filling per 8" tortilla and it made roughly 20 burritos. To thaw I microwave them for a minute and a half and then toast them in a buttered pan on the stove or 4 minutes in the air fryer. Don't forget the cilantro aioli - IT'S INCREDIBLE
