Family owned and operated since 1976, Fun Time Pools provides honest, dependable service to the Zachary area Stop by today or give us a call!

Fun Time Pools is a family owned and operated swimming pool company that has served Zachary and the surrounding areas since 1976. We bring over 35 years of professional experience, service and maintenance while providing honest, reputable service at reasonable prices. We treat you like family because you are part of our family! William McMills, Jr, a local pipefitter, built his first swimming pool in 1976 in his backyard. McMills then took his work ethic and entrepreneurial skills to build Fun Time Pools from the ground up. His wife Suzanne, and his children Jeff, Renee and Rebecca all made splashes when they joined the growing family business. Jeff purchased the company from his father in 1985 to continue the trade he grew up learning. You know you can trust Fun Time Pools to get the job done right the first time. We are an official Totally Hayward dealer, authorized warranty service center for Hayward Pool Products and an authorized Pentair Water Pool & Spa service center. Jeff handles all service and repair calls, and our in-store technicians provide computerized water analysis and guidance to cover all of your pool and spa needs. Whether you are considering an in-ground pool or searching for a new o-ring, our experts can help you get the job done right the first time.

If you haven’t noticed, small businesses in Zachary and the surrounding areas are closing left and right. Some have been here for generations, woven into the history of our towns, families, and communities. As a third-generation business owner, watching this happen is heartbreaking. ❤️

I wish more people understood what’s happening behind the scenes of a small business.

We’re working hard to make a living, pay our employees, and keep our doors open. We compete with big-box stores whose buying power we simply can’t match. Even manufacturers we’ve supported for years are now selling directly to those same retailers at prices we can’t compete with.

We can’t always offer the lowest price, but that doesn’t mean we’re trying to take advantage of you. We’re real people doing our best to keep our businesses alive.

Think about the businesses in your own backyard. The ones that sponsor your kids’ teams, support your schools, employ your neighbors, donate to fundraisers, and help make this community what it is.

If our price is higher than what you’ve seen elsewhere, please talk to us! We may be able to help or explain the difference. We genuinely want to earn your business.

We know everyone has a budget, and we don’t expect you to buy everything locally. But one purchase, one gift, or one decision to shop small can make a difference.

When a small business closes, we lose more than a storefront. We lose generations of hard work, memories, family legacies, and pieces of our community’s history. And we don’t get those back.

Let’s do what we can to keep our hometowns full of locally owned businesses for our children and grandchildren. ❤️

With love for our community,
Brittany Anderson
