On Fathers Day, I have to think of the man who had a hand in my success. My dad opened his one man sporting goods store in Waukegan in 1965. In 1990. I talked him into letting me add cards to his sporting goods store and by early 1992, I had completely transformed his sporting goods store into what you now know as Primetime. Through him, I learned how to run a business with honesty, integrity and generosity, something that seems to be lacking in today's world of business.
