JDL35 heading out. It features a pair of KT66s for 35W in push-pull mode or 8W in single-ended. Two tone stack options and split or shared cathodes cover JTM45 to Super Lead territory with the addition of a post phase inverter master volume. Loaded with a Weber Silver Bell alnico speaker.

While I have a moment to tidy up I thought I’d start with the amps. I’ve added a amp/cab switcher and can quickly change to/from a variety of heads and cabs and also the Tube Amp Expander to record silently if we have a full band in. made cabinets for the switcher and the .rx power regulator.

If you are interested in total guitar geekery I’ll show the signal flow which includes the drive section pedalboard when I get that reworked.

New 8x8 stereo model... You can use two input sources like stereo outputs from your pedalboard or two guitars split to two active amps. Flipping the link switch beneath the input jacks will send a single source from Input A to both of the selected amps in Banks A and B.

Amplifier Banks A/B each have up to 4 amps available for a total of 8. Both Banks have attenuator inserts on the rear panel, which can be bypassed with the corresponding front panel switch, as well as an after-amp D.I.

Up to 8 cabs are split into 4s. The Assign switch will determine which set of 4 speakers are sent to which bank of amplifiers. The multi-colored LEDs under the speaker rotaries will match the Bank of amplifiers that it is currently routed to. So you can have Bank A with Speaker A and Bank B with Speaker B, or Bank A with Speaker B and Bank B with Speaker A.
