You'll also support package returns, claims, and general operational and customer service activities when curbside activity is low. Hi everyone,

We wanted to provide an update regarding the ClickBox code issue reported yesterday. Unfortunately, the IT team has confirmed they were unable to resolve the QR code error affecting packages loaded into the ClickBox lockers on Tuesday. As a result, these packages cannot be collected from the lockers, even if you received an updated code.

To resolve this, all affected packages are currently being expired from the ClickBox system, and our Logistics team is actively collecting them from the lockers.

If you would like your package delivered, please email us with a GPS pinpoint of your specific delivery location along with instructions, including your office, house, apartment number, building name, road, and any other details needed to locate you. Due to the number of packages affected, if you choose, will likely take place next week.

For the fastest option in receiving your parcel, we recommend that you collect via our curbside pickup once the packages are back in our warehouse and marked 'Ready for Pickup', via an appointment through tortolaexpress.com.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused and appreciate your patience while we work through it.

Hi everyone!

We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues collecting parcels from the ClickBox lockers due to QR code errors.

Our IT team has been working on this since yesterday afternoon and has issued updated QR codes to affected customers. Some customers may still be able to retrieve their parcel using the earliest notification if multiple notifications were received, and for those who remain affected, corrected pickup codes are expected today. We are continuing to receive reports of QR codes not working and have escalated this back to IT. They are currently investigating whether this is the same issue or a new recurring error.

We will share an update as soon as more information is available.

Hours: Weekdays 10AM – 6PM (may include Saturdays)
Must be able to do full 8 hour days during this period.
Duration: Immediate start through to 31st December, 2025
Location: aeropost, Port Purcell

Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Driver’s license preferred (may assist with deliveries)
• Must be dependable and a team player
• BVI Belonger preferred
