🚨 The DEA is moving forward with a hearing on the legal status of ma*****na, but the people most affected by federal cannabis policy won't be in the room.

⚖️ Medical cannabis rescheduling was a long-overdue step forward. Now Indiana and Nebraska's Republican attorneys general are asking a federal court to reverse it.
