Raphael’s Humble Beginning
Raphael was living in a small little “Kampung” House made of half wood and half cement with 16 other relatives including his parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, siblings and cousins.
When he was 4 years old, his parents decided to leave the country and work illegally in United States to keep the family survived. Thus, he grew up with his grandparents in ipoh, but spent most of his adult years in Kuala Lumpur.
Money was scarce throughout his childhood. As a teenager, Raphael helped his grandma to do the factory work in order to make some pocket money. After two years and a half at university, he decided to take time o to pursue his dream of becoming a millionaire.
He started his real estate career at the age of 20, but regardless of what he did, or how hard he worked, he still has zero sales for the 1st 6 months.

He finally knew that he did not have the strategy, skill and what it takes to become a successful real estate agent, so he took action by attending many seminars, training and coaching programmes. He learned from a lot of world renowned mentors, among them are, Tony Robbins, Tom Hopkins, Alex Madossian, Peng Joon and other thought-leaders, motivators and marketers across the globe.
In just less than 3 years, he finally got his 1st one million dollar in sales and he also has been honored as National Real Estate Award Winner by MIEA and Star Agent Award Winner by iProperty.com.
