oBJECTs Library Takeover — ĐIỂM TƯƠNG QUAN

Một dự án hợp tác giữa oBJECTs, Lê Nguyên Phương và Mai Nguyên Anh, giới thiệu 22 ấn phẩm nhiếp ảnh được thực hiện bởi các nghệ sĩ và nhiếp ảnh gia Việt Nam trong ba năm trở lại đây.

Được thực hiện dưới hình thức một phòng đọc mở, Điểm Tương Quan đưa những photobook độc lập đến gần hơn với công chúng — nơi mỗi cuốn sách có thể được cầm lên, lật giở và trải nghiệm như một tác phẩm hoàn chỉnh.

Các ấn phẩm được tuyển chọn đi qua nhiều lát cắt của đời sống Việt Nam đương đại: ký ức cá nhân, gia đình và quê hương; cộng đồng và lao động; đô thị hóa; cùng những thay đổi đang diễn ra trong đời sống thường nhật.

Có những câu chuyện được kể bằng những lời thủ thỉ riêng tư, những lá thư hay trang nhật ký gửi đến người thân. Có những câu chuyện bắt đầu từ việc quan sát một cộng đồng, một vùng đất, hay một cách sống đang thay đổi.

Đặt cạnh nhau, những cuốn sách tạo nên những điểm tương quan giữa cá nhân và xã hội, giữa ký ức và hiện tại, giữa những trải nghiệm tưởng chừng riêng biệt nhưng luôn tồn tại trong một mạng lưới rộng hơn.

Bên cạnh các ấn phẩm, chương trình cũng giới thiệu một số bản in ảnh được tuyển chọn từ chính những photobook này — như một cách nhìn lại mối quan hệ giữa một hình ảnh đơn lẻ và câu chuyện lớn hơn được tạo nên khi chúng nằm trong một ấn phẩm.

Inspired by the dreamlike summers found in Lê Phổ's paintings, PHỔ explores the meeting point of memory, nature, and softness. Familiar landscapes, blooming flowers, banana trees, and rivers become quiet references, reimagined through contemporary silhouettes while carrying the painter's distinctive palette of vivid reds, fresh greens, and washed yellows.

The collection draws from the effortless drape and natural folds of silk, translating its fluid movement into garments that feel both light and grounded. Naturally dyed textiles preserve the marks left by local materials and the hands behind each process, making every piece subtly unique.

Rooted in Vietnamese craftsmanship while embracing a modern perspective, PHỔ reflects a dialogue between tradition and contemporary design.
