I remember when I dried this batch of coffee beans, two senior men telling me I was doing it all wrong and the beans would rot. I kept silent and kept going. A city girl in a strange land far away from home, many of the times alone with her vision, dragging heavy bags of coffee with her little physical strength but great determination and belief in herself.

One customer usually buy beans from a top, famous roaster that uses Probat and premium beans, charging double our price, yet he’s impressed with our beans.

One customer, despite the homey, unfancy vibe of our cafe, still find the beans the thing to enjoy.

After so much sweat and tears, these real compliments make it worthwhile.

One day I’ll look back and see what the universe will unfold.

Sometimes we come across truly huge coffee cherries, exactly size of a chestnut. You might not know that Liberica coffee is grown organically because it does not have any disease, it can get nutritrion from deep soil layers thank to its giant tree size so no need for any chemical help. How wonderful nature is!

We have produced chocolate with it, a very pronounced fruity taste - think red fruits like cranberries, cherries, without adding any fruits in, now available in our 75% blocks
