PSD'S GOT SPEAKER 2026 | WHEN LEARNING GOES BEYOND THE CLASSROOM
🍀At Petrosetco Distribution (PSD), we believe that a training program only creates real value when knowledge is translated into action—empowering individuals, enhancing capabilities, and driving meaningful improvements across the organization.
🎙️This belief is exactly what inspired PSD'S GOT SPEAKER 2026 to be designed as a comprehensive, hands-on learning journey. Participants did not simply attend training sessions; they continuously practiced, received constructive feedback, engaged in one-on-one coaching, and progressively refined their presentation skills, content development, and public speaking presence.
🤝Throughout this journey, PSD was proud to partner with AYP Skills Academy, under the guidance of two distinguished trainers, Nguyen Huu Tri and Huynh Duy Khuong.
Over the course of two months, PSD's managers and high-potential talents participated in intensive training, followed by weeks of personalized coaching with the experts. They continuously refined both their content and delivery before stepping onto the final stage to demonstrate not only their progress, but also their confidence, professionalism, and ability to apply what they had learned in a real-world setting.
🎗️The greatest value of this learning journey lies not merely in the results, but in the transformation of each participant. They became more confident, more structured in their thinking, more effective in communicating ideas, and better equipped to inspire, influence, and connect with others.
🎬 The final presentation event was held in a hybrid format, combining an on-site stage with live streaming across PSD's internal digital platforms, allowing employees nationwide to participate and engage. Each presentation served not only as an opportunity for participants to showcase their newly acquired skills, but also as a platform to share meaningful stories about their careers, personal growth, and professional perspectives—spreading positive values throughout the organization.
At PSD, we believe that the growth of every individual strengthens the capability and creates lasting value for the entire organization.
