Hi thrifters!

While we are so incredibly appreciative of the donations we receive, we unfortunately need to pause receiving CLOTHING donations. We have been absolutely inundated with clothing donations and simply don't have space, nor can we sell everything that we've already received.

So, what can we do to change that status?

Introduce your friends and family to the shop and get more people thinking about buying secondhand before buying new!

Also, are you or anyone/group you know going to be traveling into the Central Highlands? We have an ABUNDANCE of amazing cold weather clothing that will not get used here in HoiAn, but we sure know that the communities in the Central Highlands could use it with the upcoming winter weather coming.

We truly appreciate the support of this community, and certainly the charities we support with the sales of the shop do too. We'll keep you posted and hopefully we can move some stuff and receive your donations again soon!

That's right! Our Worth-the-Weight-Sale starts today. All clothing is 1kg for 100k.

Additionally amazing, the sale of all clothing (well, everything in the store) goes to the local charities of HoiAn!! So you can feel good knowing that your purchase helps those in need, minimizes textile waste in our landfill and helps keep money in your pocket due to our super affordable prices (and of course this sale!)

Our awesome sale is on from today, Thursday, August 13, until the end of Saturday, August 15. So bring a bag, a friend and grab yourself some deals while helping us lighten our load!

It's that time again..it's our AMAZING Worth-the-Weight Sale! That's right, all clothing (excluding shoes) are pay-by-weight, only 100k for 1kg of clothing. That's an amazing deal to be had right there. And what's even more amazing, all proceeds go to charity.

So take note...

When? Next Thursday, August 13 until Saturday, August 15.
Where? The Carousel Charity Shop, on the secondfloor of Refillables D**g Day (HoiAn) in Cam Thanh.

Just a heads up thrifters! The shop will be closed some days next week for the Vietnamese holidays of the Hung Kings' Commemoration and Reunification Day/Labor Day. So please take note!

These recent months the charity shop has just been hopping! Sales have been amazing, which means the local charities are getting donations in record time. It's really been so amazing and we appreciate the support of the community in this endeavor.

'And in order to make all these sales, it requires YOUR donations...of which we receive an abundance! But of course, with all the donations also comes a lot of inquiries about WHAT do we accept? With the hopes of making it clear, we've done our best to outline our requirements for donation!

A quick summation of our slides:
Yes to summer clothes & No to winter wear
Yes to clean, like-new items & No to overly-loved, ripped/stained/dirty items
Yes to a variety of functioning, household pieces & No to equipment that is broken or missing pieces; people are coming to us for ready-to-use items!
And PLEASE make sure we know what it is you're donating, how it works and make sure it works...we receive a lot of random items that we're not familiar with, and to ensure they make it into the right hands, we need some information from you!

We have some incredibly generous donators out there!

Check out these gorgeous, authentic Prada sunglasses that are in mint condition. These beauties retail for over $400USD. But of course, as secondhand, you won't pay that price and instead of your purchase lining the pockets of this fancy brand, your vnd will go to supporting the local charities of HoiAn!

The next charity up is , an incredible learning center supporting students with hearing impairment. We know they would appreciate the financial support that your purchases provide.

Swing by for a rummage! But just to note, these shades will NOT be located upstairs in the shop, please speak with the Refillables staff to view them.

Wow, I'm not sure who of you out there is going to be the one to snap up either of these incredible book series, but both the Dune and the Narnia series are such epic tales and such incredible finds in a charity shop!!

So, who's going to snap these up and help us raise funds for the local charities of HoiAn by doing so?

Tet is a week away, and it seems that there are a lot of people who are clearing out their closets. What this means, we've been getting a lot of donations.

What this also means, we need to make space for all those wonderful donations! So come help us clear some space and raise money for the local charities of HoiAn...
