ABOUT T**A
Tomorrows People Association (T**A) is non – governmental organization created to bring people with different ideologies, political preference, religious and ethnic background together for a common goal. The idea of T**A was adapted from the life style of ants; that is supporting each other in times of need and living together in unity of purpose. As human organization, we seek to live

and improve these good character traits for the benefit of the people of today and the next generation. Our membership is open to anyone who wants to make impact in society from the little they have and has also take responsibility of his future; by making sure what he does today impacts positively on the next generation. Application for membership is done through the Council of T**A. The organization basically creates opportunities for human and community development. We see human development to involve expanding human capabilities, widening choices, enhancement of freedom and a fulfillment of human rights. Our objective for human development is in accordance with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) stated objective on human development which states that the “The basic objective of human development is to create an enabling environment for people to enjoy long, healthy and creative lives” and through that develop a highly skill and patriotic individual for community and national development. Under community development, we involve the community people to course the change that brings about the development. In doing so, we share ideas on the challenges of the community, search for possible solutions to the challenges and then implement and monitor the solutions together with the people in the community. This makes the community folks feel part of the process of solving the challenge and also own the idea of the change within the community to avoid reoccurrence of the challenge. We believe that if we are able to achieve our goals on human and community development collectively, it is going to ensure equality of life, sustainable growth in productivity, human empowerment, reduction in poverty and transformation of deprived communities. - We cherish the habit of benevolence and generosity. ORGANIZATION OF T**A
T**A Ghana is a national organization with community-based branches. The community-based branches come together to form a district, the districts together to form a region and the regions into nation i.e T**A Ghana. The community-based branches are organized with programs concerning the development of their communities. Whilst at the national level, the organization organize and supervise activities from the community-based, districts and regions. T**A makes it possible to reach the larger population on its activities. ACCOUNTABILITY
- What happens when I SIGN UP as a member and pay dues monthly or annually? ANS: The amount paid by members of the Council of T**A as dues are invested into the T**A Development Fund to create more revenue and income for administrative expenses, capacity building and social responsibilities of T**A.

- What happens when I INVEST GH₵ 1 in the T**A Development FUND? ANS: The amount invested in the T**A Development Fund will be used to fund business startups of members and when the business invested in starts making profit, the investor gets 50% of the profit on pro rata basis. However, if the investor is no more interested in the business invested in he can request for his initial capital invested. When that happens, the fund will then absorb the shares or sell out to other interested investor and refund his money to him. And this can be before or after profit is shared. 40% of the profit from the business goes to the idea originator, whiles the remaining 10% goes to T**A for its administrative expenses, capacity building and social responsibilities.

- What happens when I DONATE GH₵ 1 or Gifts-In-Kind to T**A? ANS: 85 pesewas of the amount received by T**A goes into our programs. Whiles the remaining 15 pesewas is invested in the T**A Development Fund to increase the worth and impact of the donation. This means that every GH₵ 1 donation you make to T**A, you get an impact of GH₵ 1 plus 50% profit on the 15 pesewas invested in the T**A Development Fund. ANS: 85% of the Gifts-In-Kind received as donation by T**A goes directly into our programs and projects. Whiles the 15% of the donation is turned into monetary value and invested in T**A Development Fund to increase the worth and impact of the donation. As an NGO who mission is create opportunity for human and community development, we make sure that the donations received are used judiciously to make an impact in society. NOTE:
- We do not deduct any amount from the donation made to T**A or investment made on the T**A Development fund for the administrative and other expenses of T**A.

- There shall be annual report to our members and the general public on the funds raised and how it was used. ANNUAL REPORT
There shall be annual report from T**A to its members and general public on the state of finances, programs and projects yearly. GENERAL ASSEMBLY (G.A)
General Assembly shall be organized by T**A every three years from when T**A was formed, to review the works of the organization and make recommendations on areas that need improvement and also take decisions about the NGO’s future. The General Assembly shall be made up of the executive officers of T**A. The General Assembly shall be the highest decision making body of the organization and two-thirds of the majority present at General Assembly can reverse a decision taken by previous GA. The assembly shall be organized at the regional levels of the organization. The number of days for General Assembly shall be determined by the Executive Council of T**A in consultation with the Head Council. The new elected executive officers from the community-based T**A to T**A Ghana shall be sworn in at the General Assembly. Before the date for General Assembly, the executive council shall hold election to select new executives. The selection of the members, apart from the founder who is an automatic member, the rest are given as reward to members to show appreciation for their services to T**A. MEMBERSHIP OF THE COUNCIL OF T**A
This is made up of people who live based on the principles and values of T**A. There are five types of membership and Trainee level. The Trainee Level are those who will require skill development and formal training as well as funding opportunities. The Trainee Level is free for everyone. Associate Member, Full Member, Senior Member, Fellow and Honorary Member are the membership areas for those who join T**A. The Associate members are those who may or may not require skill development or formal training, but may need funding for startup. In other words either they have the skill or knowledge and needs startup capital or they have a small business set up but will need funding to boost the business. Associate Members are billed GH₵ 1 monthly or GH₵ 10 annually. The Full members are those that have their business established either by their own effort or through the mentoring, monitoring and coaching by T**A from the Trainee Level to Associate member. These members though fully established may need financial boost to expand their ventures to remain competitive in their various marketing environment. Full members are billed GH₵ 3 monthly or GH₵ 33 annually. The Senior members are those who have fully established and have achieved various expansions, either capital or structural. Such ventures should have existed for at least five years and therefore has tremendous experience both in industry practice and commerce. Such ventures may still need bigger financial boost to remain competitive. Qualified members are individuals or ventures that may have developed on their own or have been mentored, monitored, and directed by T**A from trainee level through to full membership. Senior members are billed GH₵ 5 monthly or GH₵ 55 annually. The Fellows are senior members who have been with T**A for at least seven years and have been evaluated by the T**A head council to be of good behavior and committed. The person or venture should have been a senior member of good standing and should exhibit expert understanding in his area of operations and T**A processes, norms, values and regulations. Fellow members are billed GH₵ 7 or more monthly depending on their financial strength. The Honorary members are people or ventures who have distinguish themselves in societies either in public or private life. Such people need not to be business men but their membership brings huge reputation to T**A and its members. Honorary members are not mandated to pay dues monthly or annually to T**A. However, they can support T**A either in cash or in-kind.
