A Sweet Summer Activity in Seoul 🍪

we welcomed a lovely couple to our Yakgwa Cookie Baking Class — she’s from Italy, he’s from the U.S., and they met while working at a company in Prague.

Now they’re both living as digital nomads, working and traveling around the world together. Isn’t that the dream? ✈️🍪

They were such a sweet couple, and the one thing I forgot to ask was… when they eat pizza, do they go for Italian pizza or American pizza? 😂🍕

Had the sweetest time with these lovely sisters from New Mexico. 🤍🇺🇸
Their energy, kindness, and laughter made this Yakgwa Cookie Class so much fun. By the end of it, I felt like I had gained two sisters of my own.

🇺🇸Two friends from Illinois joined today’s baking class.

They’ve been doing ballet together for 13+ years, and I couldn’t stop thinking about how beautiful that is. Staying committed to one thing for so long is inspiring. Having a friend who’s been there the whole journey? Even more so.

They captured today’s class with digital cameras, chasing the little analog moments. 📷
(I just bought one too, so I was weirdly excited.)

One of the best parts of this job is meeting people from different places, with different stories.

Days like today make me love what I do even more. 🤍

행사시즌 쿠키사장님의 하루 🍪

Most people who join my baking class ask if teaching is my main business 😊
Actually, I also run an online cookie gift & event order business.
During busy event seasons in Korea, sometimes even baking cookies all day doesn’t feel like enough time 🍪

But I still love opening my classes and spending fun time together with everyone who visits Maremohe.
Because honestly… baking cookies alone all day can get a little lonely sometimes haha 🤍
