I’ve heard it said that a man cave is never complete without a Jefferson County Idaho license plate.

Soooo excited! Second sale today from an estate sale purchase last weekend. I bought two lamps, one for $3 and the other for $4. I sold the second one today for $95! (First one is mentioned in the last post) Vintage lamps are diamonds in the rough! Used key word "industrial" for both of them.

Yes, I'm a reseller but I'm also a quilter! I need some inspiration!! Please, please, share your ideas and especially share this post with your quilt making friends and family. Somebody spent a LOT of time hand sewing these 1930s fabric panels together and I want to get it to the finish line! I hope those of you with an eye for color and design will share your vision. How would you finish this project?? In quilt lingo I want to take this from a UFO (unfinished object) to a completed quilt!

You know how I love a back story! Bought a cute mahogany or walnut hand carved lidded trinket dish and there was an aged piece of masking tape on the back telling where it was purchased. Apparently a gift from Grandma Louise from Vienna, Austria. No year, unfortunately, but I'm leaving the tape on there. The next owner can remove if they wish but it's a part of its history!

Ever get a question from a buyer that’s already answered in your listing? It can be frustrating, but here’s why I always answer anyway. Being gracious goes a long way in making a sale! How do you handle these types of questions?

This is my absolute favorite thing! When I sell something and the buyer shares with me what they did with their purchase.

I sold a hobnail lamp and she said didn't want the shade because she had her own shade. The second picture shows the shade she put on herself.

This is crazy! Just sold this $30 carnival glass pitcher and I even gave her my postage discount. She still paid $25 in shipping! I guess when you want it, you want it! What's the craziest postage you've seen someone pay?
