【好物推荐：High Protein】

我的星期六好物推荐单元，反应还不错叻，

上星期大家想我推荐吃着的protein，这就来了。

这在那里买呢？答案是： Cosway。

哈哈，应该没有很多人在cosway买东西吧，毕竟越开越少了

可是我不怎么看地方，主要看配方，像是它们另一款plant protein 就没有很好。

这款plant + whey，这个比例可把互相的好处带出来，

又不会有whey那种喝了长痘痘的问题，

有人问，protein粉能不能喝呢？

对我来说它就是补充protein和达到每日protein的帮手，

我都是以食物为主，protein粉为辅，
