I can't stand by and say nothing. My cards are going to war. I'm printing 1000 decks in Ukraine to be sent to soldiers on the front lines. Local artist Aaron Trotter just launched a Kickstarter campaign to help fund his Portland Places: The Illustrated Card Deck, which would includes sketches of 52 iconic Stumptown scenes, from an Alberta Street scene and a Chinatown lion to vignettes of local coffee shops. So far, Trotter’s raised $55 of his $500 goal. If you wanna play poker with Portland, ante up now..."

Aaron Trotter sketched scenes from around the Coachella Valley in February and March 2022 and turned them into a deck of playing cards.
