3. A FULL price difference will be charged in case of exchange. No discount will be offered on the exchanged goods. NO REFUND will be granted for the difference if the retail price of the exchanged new goods is cheaper than the returned goods.
5. A brand new replacement will be offered ONCE only for item(s) purchased within 30 days and with the support of legitimate reason(s) . WOW Co. reserves the rights to examine the defects and make final judgements before offering the replacement. If the product is found with damaged by misuse, no replacement service will be provided.
6. Receipt must be presented in case of repair and maintenance; otherwise, HKD80 will be charged as administration fee. Additional charge maybe required for certain repair service. Please consult our staff for details.

2. 顧客如需換貨，請於由購買日起計之7天內，𢹂帶單據之正本到本店換貨。商品之狀態必須保持完好，否則，店員有權拒絕換貨之要求。
3. 已使用、用折扣購入或有人為損壞之商品，恕本店不會提供換貨服務。
4. 客人於換貨時，如所挑新品之價格比所換的商品高，客人需付「全數差額」。反之，如所挑新品之價格比所換的商品低，本店不會退還該差額。
5. 如貨品本身有品質問題，客人請帶同單據，並於購買日起計之30天內到本店，讓店員為其貨品作出檢查。如證實貨品之本質有問題，本店會換貨一次；若證實貨品之損毀非本質問題，恕本店不能提供換貨服務。
6. 如已購商品有損壞，客人可𢹂帶單據到本店，選擇本店所提供維修服務。若干情況下，設計師可能會按照商品損壞之情況收取維修費。如客人未必出示單據，本店有權收取港幣80元作行政及服務費。
7. 如有任何爭議，WOW Co.保留最終決定權。
