π Fat-Burning Juice Recipe π

β¨ Ingredients:
2 carrots
1 cup of kale
Juice of 1 lemon
A small piece of fresh ginger
1 cup of water

Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the carrots and kale thoroughly. Peel the carrots and ginger.
Chop: Cut the carrots into pieces and prepare the kale.
Blend: In a blender, add the carrots, kale, lemon juice, ginger, and water.
Mix: Blend until smooth.
Strain (optional): For a pulp-free juice, strain the mixture through a sieve.
Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
π‘ Tips:
Add a bit of honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.
This juice is best fresh, but you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
