I'm a WAHM who makes bits and bobs from woven wrap scraps such as Babywearing teething/breastfeeding necklaces, key fobs, belts, earrings & wooden teethers

I am a WAHM who enjoys spending time with my children in the day and sewing by night. I make a variety of accessories aimed at babywearers (dads included ;) ) and breastfeeding mothers but due to the funky designs they can be worn by any adults! All my items are made using reputable woven baby wraps which have already been tested for the safety of dyes and chemicals. I only use the highest quality

wooden teethers which I buy from specialist companies. They are made from hard woods such as Alder, maple, cherry, walnut or beech, they are either left natural or finished with a food safe oil such as flaxseed oil.

I did something a little different today, I challenged myself to convert a beautiful light and airy ceo fabric into a necklace! 😅 I love the end result, what do you think!? It's a thinner than normal Slingamebobs necklace but just as strong and beautiful 😍

Thank you for your patience while I’ve been quieter on social media. The last few months have been a lot to juggle — working another job, studying for my college course, supporting my hubby as he awaits surgery for his hand/arm, being a mum to 3 very busy children and my aunty moving into respite care 😔

Sewing has been a real comfort, and I’m happy to say I’m now caught up with orders 😊

I’ll be continuing with Firespiral Slings and Yume Slings orders next as well as continuing with website orders.

Your support means more than I can say — mentally and financially — and I’m truly grateful 🥰💕

Thank you so much to each and every one of you who donated to my Hope House charity fundraiser, through Slingamebobs we managed to raise together over £220, this added with some other fundraising I've done with my children brings our total to £335 totally smashing my set target 🥰
I'm so grateful, knowing we can help bring some light during dark times for a family in need 💚

Myself, my 3 girls, and my college friends are all joining together to take part in the Hope House & Ty Gobaith £50 Challenge.

"Hope House Children’s Hospices is a charity that gives every local child with a life-threatening condition and their family access to professional care and improves their quality of life from the point of diagnosis."

Some of my friends have sadly needed support from this charity, so with a full heart I have decided to step in and help. It's been a while since I last did a fundraiser, and this felt the right moment to help this amazing cause 💚

Lots of wonderful customers have been helping to celebrate the beautiful Tamsin from Firespiral Slings with her big birthday this year 🥰🎉

Many apologies for not posting in a long time! I'm still here! 🥰
Life has been a little crazy the last few months. I've purposely not posted as my wonderful hubby Phil who helps me with the wood work side has had issues with his hand and seems to have sustained long term nerve damage affecting his grip, he's still undergoing lots of tests and we've been waiting to see if it would be getting better but theres been no improvement in over 2 months now 🙈 he's still getting by bless him and trying his best to get on with things, it just means I've had to slow things down a little to take the pressure off him.
I've also been doing a college course and writing assignments into the early hours 😅 on top of my teaching assistant job on top of Slingamebobs, on top of being a mum to 3 busy children 😅
I wanted to mention all this just to explain why I've been so quiet not for any sympathy at all as I definitely consider myself lucky especially compared to so many that are struggling at the moment, for anyone that is, I'm sending lots of love and strength 💕

I am still working and taking website orders but just may be a little slower posting than usual, thank you for your understanding and patience 💖
