Last day of being at the Cultural building - clean up.

Broke down the booth, had some treats, then went back to store to the booth. Another full day 7-7, but an unforgettable one. I am blessed with amazing friends.

Thank you so much to everyone who came out and made this an unforgettable year. I’m still figuring out life and what to do going forward, but I do know that the Iowa State Fair is a tradition that healed and strengthened my soul more than I realized.

Already have started making plans for next year… 😁

Wow! Where did the fair go?!? Had so many people stop by. 🥰 made some key chains and momentos for the Iowa State Fair 2026, got a little messy, but had a great time.

Today we had old and new friends stop by. I changed the booth up a little bit and had some yummy food!

Today we had old friends of dad’s stop by, even one who helped him find his treasures to make new art. I changed the booth up a little bit and had some yummy food! Even got to walk around the fair a little bit after the booth closed.

Thank you all that came out to check in, say hi or to get some new art. We truly have the best customers, and I love hearing your stories. Today we had old friends of dad’s stop by. And I had a customer come because they got a piece 15 years ago and needed a new one. 💗 Also made more than one ornament… might have a new idea for next year 😁

Vendor pickup

Don’t want to carry things around the fair? Solution: Vendor pickup. Purchase from the vendor, fill out the form and enjoy the fair! Runners will come to our booth and take your package to Gates 5, 9, 10, 11 or 15. You have until 10pm to pick up your package.

Gate 9 is a drive through, so if you aren’t able to pick up your package same day, you can drive through the following day.

A big thank you to Brittany, Candy and Logan for your help! It’s such a blessing to have wonderful friends. And thank you Logan for coming and doing the stamping, it’s wonderful to be able to carry on dad’s legacy with the stamping.
