Pop the bubbles - it's International Prosecco Day!

Light, crisp and refreshingly fruity, Prosecco is often mistaken for a champaign but is actually a sparkling wine.

It has unique, effervescent and foamy bubbles, that are bigger compared to other sparkling wines, keeping your palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.

Chill the bottle thoroughly to between 6–8°C and use a tulip-shaped glass or a standard champagne flute to concentrate the aromas and keep the bubbles alive.

Add a splash of orange juice to create a simple brunch favourite - the classic Mimosa!
