Blocked sinuses, seasonal congestion, and that heavy pressure around the nose and forehead can make everyday life uncomfortable. One gentle natural approach many herbal crafters use is a cooling sinus balm made with plant oils and aromatic botanicals.

Here is a simple 100g Sinus Balm recipe you can try if you enjoy crafting your own wellness products.

Ingredients

Phase A – Base Oils• 20g Beeswax• 35g Coconut Oil• 30g Sweet Almond Oil• 10g Shea Butter

Phase B – Cooling Actives• 3g Menthol Crystals• 1g Camphor Powder

Phase C – Essential Oils• 0.8g Eucalyptus Oil• 0.8g Peppermint Oil• 0.3g Rosemary Oil• 0.1g Lavender Oil

How to Make

1️⃣ Melt the beeswax, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, and shea butter together using gentle heat.
2️⃣ Once melted, add the menthol crystals and camphor and stir until dissolved.
3️⃣ Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add the essential oils.
4️⃣ Pour into clean jars and allow the balm to set.

How to Use
