Do you have a passion for music, musical instruments, and helping customers find the perfect gear?
Musicians Gear Zone is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Canal Walk team.
Requirements:
* Previous retail sales experience (music retail experience is an advantage)
* Passion for musical instruments and audio equipment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Well presented and professional
* Computer literate
* Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with product selection and advice
* Achieve sales targets
* Merchandise and maintain the showroom
* Process sales and quotations
* Build lasting relationships with customers
* Keep up to date with our latest products and promotions
