We are a vibrant and friendly Italian Deli, dedicated to offering our customers the finest quality meats, cheeses, and delicious Italian delicacies. We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team and help us create a welcoming and memorable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic young lady to assist with front-of-shop duties. This is a customer-facing role where you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and food, with an eagerness to learn and grow within our business.

Key Responsibilities:

✅Answering phone calls and taking customer orders with a warm, friendly demeanor.
✅Managing the till and processing transactions accurately.
✅Assisting with stock management, including checking stock levels and helping with packing.
✅Providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
✅Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front area and deli displays.
✅Supporting the team in any other duties as needed.

Requirements:

✅A positive, vibrant personality with a love for working with people.
✅Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
✅Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
✅Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not essential.
✅An understanding of the Italian language is a bonus, but not required.
✅Must be available to start immediately.
