To The Belhar community that will be directly affected by the Bult/heuwel sand mining by Maccsands particularly Belhar ext 3,4,6 and 7.

Please note that a Public meeting is scheduled for 28 March 2019 at 6pm at the Erica sports field hall. (Erica sportsfield is where the Bale soccer tournament is held every year).

The Belhar ext6 neighbours invites all residents to attend this important meeting to ask questions on this underhanded venture between the City of Cape Town and Maccsands to deprive the Belhar community of firstly their natural heritage and secondly millions of rands of sand, leaving the area where the bult/heuwel is currently situated as a sand flat with no plans to develop it as park or anything else.

We urge all members of the public to attend this meeting as a priority as a low turnout will be seen as the City that the community is in support and agreement with their underhanded venture.

Hi everyone currently Eskom is still identifying as stage 2 loadshedding on their Website http://loadshedding.eskom.co.za/ but this may change at anytime to stage 3 or 4. We just don't know at this moment, Spar and tops are the only stores that have back up generators so please keep this in mind when want to come and buy something.Regards Krissy

Hi everyone, you would have noticed we are just absent and silent the last couple of months and your queries left unanswered. We do sincerely apologize for this, we were the victims of a scam to extort money and we were locked out of our account. We were, however, able to report the matter to facebook who blocked any interaction on this account until we could verify that we are the legit owners of the account. Hi everyone.Their reports of individuals loitering at Erica square shopping centre with the intention of spotting and robbing people.If you spot loiterers please take pics of them regardless if its male or females so that we can use this info and share it with centre security and saps.Thanks.
