Most people think we send our framing away,
but to reassure everyone, this is not the case!
We 3 do everything ourselves,
from the quotations through to the end product!
Chantelle is our framer, Roe is the assistant framer who does all the nitty gritty cleaning and closing,
and Ilse is the owner who does a bit of everything.
We do it all on site here in our workshop in Boston, Bellville.
This may also mean we take a bit longer than usual.
Being artists ourselves, we can get stuck on the details and we obsess about doing our absolute best!
After 20 years of experience, we know that we can not always rush a job,
as we focus on quality. We are artisans,
who does everything by hand. Nothing here was made by a factory or a machine.
Machines assist us, but these are manual machines that are worked by our hands.
We cut the frame, measure and cut the mountboard,
the glass etc. We mount the t-shirt or statue or tapestry.
What you are getting is a custom frame made to your specifications !
