NWU Vaal Choir - Voices of the River

We are going to lodge a formal complaint and a loss of income claim against the University, I have consulted our attorney and we do have a valid claim.

We dealt with Mr Calvin Mofokeng and he booked us to provide catering services for 15 and 16 October for the choir in Bloemfontein.
We canceled our existing booking for a braai and christening to accommodate you and you disappeared without saying a word.

We are aware that you did in fact arrive in Bloemfontein on said dates, we incurred over R10k in direct losses because we used our funds to buy stock and ingredients, let alone the two events that we canceled and gave to another caterer.

I'm absolutely disappointed and disgusted in your lack of integrity and honesty, to even keep lying to us on the Thursday night and Friday is shameful...

Atleast the law is on our side, a verbal contract is binding and we shall be taking this matter further
