*WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO?*
➡️ Tell a Wish - Reliable Runners is an effective partnership runner business, specialising in offering shopping and other runner services for our clients, from South Africa to Zimbabwe. We offer services as per customers' order specifications and collection is done at our offices in Harare.

➡️ Arrangements for our clients outside of Harare can be made at an additional fee which will be covered by the customer. We have a team in SA responsible for purchasing, packaging and shipment of your consignment, whilst the one in Harare takes care of our administration from order placements and payments to pick up or collections management.

*OUR MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE AND PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS*
➡️ Our minimum acceptable order is R250.00 (or USD equivalent) and only orders which are paid for will be bought and delivered.

➡️ Payment is made upon placing an order and can be made using Rands or USD equivalent, via bank deposits, World Remit, or FNB Transfers.

➡️ Cash payments can be made using the acceptable currency and can be done to the manager at our offices or as per arrangement.

➡️ Alternatively, you can send your money directly into our Mukuru account or send via World Remit from outside the country.

➡️ You can pay for your order from anywhere in the world and your loved ones or represantatives can collect for you at our offices.

*NB:* Our Service Fees include transport from SA, other associated costs incurred by the runner in SA, as well as packaging of orders and the structure is as follows;

Clothes 25%
Groceries 30%
Kitchenware 30%
Bedding 30%
Electricals appliances (medium) e.g, Microwaves 40%
Blankets 45%
Large Appliances, (4 plate stoves, fridges, washing machines, e.t.c) 50%
