🖋FROM THE PEN OF INSPECTOR RALPH!🖋
On 20th August 2026, The Boksburg SPCA Inspectorate conducted a school presentation at IKUSASALETHU PRIMARY SCHOOL, EXT 28, VOSLOORIS in support of their Animal Care Day. 💞🐕🐈🐄🐖🐓💞

Mr Gumede a teacher at the school, invited us, noting that animal care forms a part of the Grade 6's Curriculum and is an important part of their education. The SPCA welcomed and were honored at the opportunity to share important knowledge with the students.✔️🔠

Field Officer Tshepo Sithole and Inspector Ralph Chivaviro were warmly welcomed by the teachers, principal and Grade 6 students as they gathered under the sheltered assembly point.

The presentation addressed important topics and problems that the Inspectorate has noted as common in the Vosloorus area ....
▪︎Basic animal care like provision of food, water, shelter, and a clean environment kicked off the presentation with enthusiastic cooperation from the students. 👋
▪︎Animal cruelty, transmitable diseases, and solutions were discussed at length as the serious part of the presentation before information booklets were handed to each student.📒

Our interactions with schools give us the valuable opportunity to impart essential knowledge assisting with the prevention of cruelty as we endeavor to positively impact the communities we serve. The Boksburg SPCA thanks the school for their support and welcomes any future invitations by schools.

LUNAR is a fab dog, with an outgoing & friendly personality!👏 She loves tummy rubs and is looking for a breed savvy family🥳🏡 who will have the time to spend with her and exercise her. LUNAR needs a secure garden to play in! 🐾

LUNAR is fine with children✔️ & will have no issues with a laid back male companion... she will need regular grooming! Cats unkown.
