We’re making steady progress with our M3, and following on from our post last week, here’s a closer look at the new charge cooler. This is the first S58 CSF Air-to-Water setup installed in South Africa that also has the newly released billet CSF "No-Limit" competition manifold.

With the assistance of MPH Performance, and ROR Fabrication taking care of the fabrication, this setup is another big step towards getting the S58 ready for whatever we throw at it.

The MOTIV ReFlex+ is the most innovative, integrated and safe way to add port injection, flex fuel, external boost control and other performance add-ons to your vehicle.

What it offers:

• Sequential port injection with individual injector monitoring
• Built-in ethanol content analyser with real-time fuel adjustments

Stage 1: 550–750hp
270°/268° duration for 58–68mm turbos
Designed for bolt-on intake, exhaust and turbo upgrades while retaining Valvetronic and Dual VANOS functionality.

Stage 2: 750–1,000hp
285°/280° duration for 62–72mm turbos
For serious street and track builds, with factory Valvetronic compatibility or the option to lock it open.
