💚 A Little From My Heart...

To my family, friends, and valued clients:

I would like to sincerely thank you for every message, phone call, and prayer. Your love, care, and support mean more to me than words can express.

Over the past little while, I've been in a very difficult emotional place. That's why I haven't replied to messages or spoken to people as I normally would. It wasn't because I didn't care—I simply needed some time to breathe, heal, and find my footing again.

Today, I'm feeling better and I'm slowly but surely getting back on my feet. If I missed your message, I sincerely apologize. I will do my best to reply to everyone as soon as I can.

💚 A gentle reminder: Mental health is just as important as physical health. You can't always see what someone is going through. Be kind, be patient, and be there for one another. Sometimes a simple "How are you?" or "I'm thinking of you" can mean more than you'll ever know.
