Today I present to you one of the top runners in the Nitro R32 Golfs... Farhad from Rojan Engines & tuned by ERF Racing.

Farhad requested a set of MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor leads when he upgraded to set of IGN1A smart coils

Farhad run a best time of 10.3s to date & I am looking forward to seeing this setup crack the 9s!

Good morning peeps

Hope that you all had a great weekend!

Darryl September from Dworks Vehicle Maintenance & Detailing & a friend of mine for a while, requested a set of leads for a Honda D Series that he was working on, so he dropped the leads off for the rebuild.

Good morning peeps!

Hope that everyone is doing well on this winter's morning...a bit cold & wet in Cape Town

It's not always that I share my builds on this platform, but so excited for this drag car update...yes, this is my personal vehicle, got it when I was 21 & I turned 40 this year.

This post is to give a shoutout to Jody Van Schoor aka JVS Tuning aka JVS 3D. a big shoutout for the 3D parts supplied to mount the FuelTech FT450 & steering wheel.

Shoutout to Angri Racing for the ATS Motorsports quick release hub

Special shoutout to Coeraad Lourens for the interior spray work! It came out stunning bru!

Now we can focus on moving onto the engine bay & getting the heart of the beast into place & getting the plumbing sorted!

Huge congratulations to Suren, Naveshan & team from SNB Freight with their awesome R32 Mk1 Golf running the quickest time in the World for a NA VR6 of just 9.565s!

This class has been on fire & Naveshan has been pushing for the record, while ot didn't come at Killarney, the lit up.the strip yesterday at Dezzi Raceway in Port Shepstone, KZN!

Good evening folks!

Last week I battled with a bad throat infection, but happy to report back.that I am all good again & back on the grind!

This evening we have a something a little different from the norm...here we have a Nissan 1400 bakkie with witn a VW 16v setup, but in a RWD configuration!

I shot through to Geo & built them on site at the workshop.

"I don't have a high performance engine, will the MSD leads work on my car?"

This is a question I often get & the simpler answer is yes, the leads benefit all engine by optimising the spark delivery to the plugs.

Adele messaged me as they were having issues with the plug leads on their Hyundai Atos, so I took a drive through to their home in Durbaville & built the leads on the vehicle for them.

Her hubby took the car for a drive & the feedback I got was that he was VERY happy with how the car is now performing 🤓👌🏽

Jaco needed a set of leads for his VR6, so we arranged an appointment & made it happen!

Jaco opted for a red set of MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor leads. Since the 8.5mm is thicker than stock we simply needed to widen the wire grooves in the covers & all fits perfectly!
