Sun & Public Holidays: 09:00–14:00

Do you have what it takes to join our family in Haasendal Gables? We are looking for a Junior front of house Sales Assistant.

Requirements:
• Retail and Sales Experience
• Must be 18 years or older due to the nature of the products we sell
• Positive Attitude / People’s Person
• Must be able to work in a team
• Attention to detail
• Goal / Target Orientated
• Dependable and Trustworthy
• Creative mind, think outside the box to handle customer queries and issues
• Non-Smoker – We are v**ers we sell the better alternative
• Knowledge of VEND / Lightspeed POS will be advantageous
• Va**ng experience and knowledge will be advantageous
• Reside in the Brackenfell / Kuilsriver area
• Own Reliable Transport

Training will be provided to learn the products and point of sale system.

Duties:
• Assisting walk-in customers
• Assisting Online team with order picking and packing
• Staying up to date with the latest e-liquid and hardware specifications and trends
• Assisting with stock takes on a weekly basis
• Reporting directly to the store manager or owner
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with their in-store experience
• General cleanliness of the store (sweeping, mopping of floor and wiping counters)
• Enthusiasm and helpfulness when dealing with customers
• Coil building for customers
• Troubleshooting kits, tanks and devices
• Daily Cash up and reporting

Operating Hours:
• Monday to Thursday 14:00 – 19:00
• Fridays 12:00 to 19:00
• Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
• Sunday & Public Holiday: 09:00 to 14:00
• Two off weekends per month

Remuneration: Basic salary with a target-based commission. To be discussed in the interview.
