I retired early… and discovered that most of the things I was worried about simply weren't worth worrying about!

Before retirement, it's easy to imagine everything that could go wrong.

💰 Will I have enough money?
😴 Will I get bored?
🎯 Will I lose my purpose?
👥 Will I miss working?
⏰ What will I do with all that free time?
😳 Will I regret retiring early?

I had plenty of these worries myself.

But once I actually retired, I discovered that retirement wasn't anything like I imagined.

In this video, I'm sharing the fears I had before early retirement, what actually happened, and the things I wish someone had told me BEFORE I handed in the keys to the working world.

Another exhausting week of retirement is finally over…

You know… all that sleeping late, drinking coffee, doing absolutely nothing, and wondering what day it is. 😂

Remember when you thought retirement would be boring?

Turns out, you were just underestimating how much energy it takes to avoid doing things. 🤣

So this weekend, take it easy.

Don’t mow the lawn.
Don’t fix anything.
Don’t answer the phone if you don't recognise the number.
And definitely DO NOT make any plans before 10am. That's far too early. 😂

And apparently, ‘retirement’ still means finding creative ways to avoid spending money. 😂

But look on the bright side…

So sit back, enjoy your coffee, check your bank balance… and then quickly close the app. ☕😂

Happy Saturday! Remember: You may not have a pension, but at least you don’t have to wake up Monday morning for work!

☕ RETIRED LIFE - SATURDAY EDITION 😎

After a busy week of doing absolutely nothing... I've decided to take it easy today.

It's important not to overdo retirement.

✔️ Woke up without an alarm.
✔️ Drank coffee.
✔️ Wondered what day it was.
✔️ Had another coffee... just to recover from the first one.

Now I'm sitting back, relaxing, enjoying the view, and mentally preparing for the exhausting challenge of... Monday.

No meetings.
No deadlines.
No emails.
Just another full day of wondering whether to have my coffee on the patio... or at the beach.

Retirement is tough... but someone's got to do it. 😂☕🌴
