I had a request to make a coffee slab with dark chocolate and a bit of crunch.. so many people liked it that it has now become a permanent hedgehog fixture😊 dark chocolate filled with coffee ganache and coarsely ground coffee.

I love the simplicity of this design. A splash of black on white chocolate filled with milk chocolate ganache and a dark chocolate brownie. Seven Hedgehogs will be open tomorrow in case you need some dessert😊

These pesky penguins…..🙄🙄🙄 besides being used as jumping blocks these crunchy buttons are actually very tasty too! In white, milk, dark or mixed chocolate.
