From crisp veggies to frozen fruit and smoothie essentials, Goodies 4 All keeps your fridge full and your meals colourful. 💚 We trained hard and needed food that will feed our bodies, so we were introduced to berries and how good it is for us. For a means for us to get berries, I decided to start selling the b

erries on the side. I did not realise that this opened up the door for a business. Slowly but surely the word spread and more clients started ordering. I was happy just supplying frozen berries then my daughter suggested I must add frozen fruit and the fresh pre-cut veggies. That is how Goodies4All came into existence. I couldn’t cope and keep track of everything. I did everything on a spreadsheet and it just did not work. I spend hours to make sure the formulas work and that the invoices are created correctly. My daughter saw my struggles and decided to come to the rescue. The online order form was born, which made life so much easier. She took over the social media and even if I have to say so myself the ads are really beautiful and are getting so much positive feedback. So now we are taking on an even bigger challenge, our own website with an online store. We have big dreams for Goodies4All and the product line will increase as we source new suppliers. But you know what the best part for us is, we love meeting you, chatting with friends and seeing someone we haven’t seen for a while. Can’t wait to see you again and those we have not met yet, hope to see you soon!

Creamy Chicken & Turnip Soup

Dice 1–2 chicken breasts into small cubes
Brown the chicken lightly in olive oil or butter with a bit of garlic
Add the full Celery & Turnip Soup Mix
Pour in 1L chicken stock
Simmer for about 25–30 mins until everything is soft
Blend half the soup (or all if you like it smooth)
Stir in:
a splash of cream
black pepper
fresh parsley or thyme

Optional:
Add crispy bacon bits on top for extra flavour 👌

The turnip becomes soft and creamy when cooked, so it gives that comforting “potato soup” feel without being too heavy.
