This is an exciting opportunity to develop a dedicated division under the Libra Joiners & Interiors brand on a profit-sharing partnership basis.

• Lead and manage the Aluminium Windows & Doors Department
• Develop and grow the division
• Secure residential, commercial and development projects
• Manage manufacturing, installation and project delivery
• Oversee costing, quality control and client relationships
• Drive profitability and sustainable long-term growth

IDEAL PARTNER

We are looking for an individual or established business with:

• Proven aluminium windows & doors industry experience
• Strong technical and installation knowledge
• Experience in estimating, costing and project management
• Strong business development and leadership skills
• Established supplier and industry relationships
• Commitment to quality workmanship and professional service

PARTNERSHIP MODEL
