TERMS & CONDITIONS
WIN THE ULTIMATE FISHING EXPERIENCE COMPETITION
Tickets cost R100 each.
Each ticket purchased equals one entry into the competition.
There is no limit to the number of tickets that may be purchased.
Payment Reference:
All entrants must use their cell phone number as the payment reference when making payment. Entries without the correct reference may not be eligible for the draw.
Entries are only valid once payment has been received and cleared.
The winner will be selected by a random draw after the competition closes.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied with their payment reference.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or fails to claim the prize, the organisers reserve the right to redraw the prize.
The prize consists of:
Two (2) nights accommodation at Breede River Views.
One (1) full-day guided fishing charter with Mulloway Charters.
One (1) custom Mulloway Charters fishing shirt.
One (1) custom Mulloway Charters fishing jacket.
One (1) Noeby fishing hamper.
Prize Dates (Fixed):
Check-in: Sunday, 4 October
Guided Fishing Charter: Monday, 5 October
Check-out: Tuesday, 6 October
The prize is valid only for the dates stated above and cannot be postponed, rescheduled, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own transport to and from the Breede River.
The winner must comply with all safety instructions provided by the skipper during the fishing charter.
Should weather or sea/river conditions make fishing unsafe, Mulloway Charters reserves the right to reschedule the fishing charter to the nearest suitable date.
The organisers reserve the right to substitute any prize component with one of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond their control require it.
By entering the competition, entrants agree that photographs and videos taken during the prize experience may be used by B Promotions, Mulloway Charters, and Noeby South Africa for future promotional and marketing purposes.
The organisers' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
