Our showroom is a constantly evolving space. As the cold sets in, we find ourselves returning to creamy, dreamlike interiors—layered with rich brown contrast, inspired by an earlier iteration of the space. Designed by photographed by styled by đŸ„›

A beautiful moment for Herringbone.

Our founder, Sarah Craig, is featured in the latest edition of Your Luxury Africa Magazine -a recognition that feels incredibly meaningful.

In the feature, Sarah shares her perspective on the evolving interior landscape, speaking to the quiet power of material, the importance of craftsmanship, and the intention behind every piece that enters the Herringbone world. It is a reflection not only of her eye, but of the journey that has shaped the brand - from a focused rug studio into a layered, considered space where art, object and design come together.

There is an honesty in how she speaks about growth. About allowing the brand to evolve naturally. About trusting instinct while holding onto the values that matter most - integrity and a deep respect for the artisans she works with.

We are incredibly proud to see Herringbone included in this conversation, and even more so to share space within an issue led by cover star Thebe Magugu, a voice that continues to shape and elevate African creativity on a global stage.

A moment of reflection. And a reminder of how far the journey has come.

– Enjoys working as part of a team

Details:

– Best suited to a recent design graduate or early-stage designer

The Velvet Handloom Collection reaches its full expression- a study in tone and intensity.

Wasabi Green arrives with a vivid clarity -sharp, fresh, and unexpected.
Peacock Blue moves with fluidity - rich, expressive, and full of life.
Lapis Lazuli settles with quiet intensity - deep, saturated, and enduring.

A jewel-toned palette, drawn from the season’s most compelling runway moments - bold, distinctive, and incredibly vivid.

The final layer of the collection.

The Velvet Handloom Collection continues to unfold in a deeper exploration of tone, texture and mood.

Syrah Red lingers with a rich, enveloping and unmistakably confident glow.
Beau Blue cuts through with a cool and contemporary nod to the runway's current favourite colour.
Desert Sand offers a neutral, sun-washed warmth.

Together they create a palette that holds a presence.
