metLiefde Geskenke was born from a deep love for Cape Town.
From the stillness of Table Mountain watching over the city, to sun-soaked beach days, the playful penguins along the coast, and the colourful charm of Muizenberg and Bo-Kaap… there’s a feeling here that’s hard to describe, but impossible to forget.
It’s in the warmth of freshly made koeksisters and milk tart, the sweetness of handmade fudge and nougat, and the comfort of a good South African moer koffie. Cape Town has a way of making life feel a little more meaningful - and that’s exactly the feeling we wanted to capture.
“met liefde” means with love - and that’s how every gift is created.
Each box is a small piece of the Cape, filled with carefully selected, locally made treasures from artisans across the Western-, Eastern-, and Northern Cape.
In a country as rich and diverse as ours, with 12 official languages and stories woven into everything we create, we are incredibly proud to share something truly South African.
