I don’t know for sure but here’s my 10 cents worth.

I mean, it’s like a painting on a canvas, it has artistic value as well as nutritional value.
Pizza was once described to me as “Glorified Cheese On Toast” followed quickly with “I’m not paying that for pizza”, I’m hearing you… but I can’t help feeling you missed the point.
Take a bunch of sandwiches, stack it as high as you like…bread, cheese, tomatoes, sliced meats, pickles etc.…it’s an upright pizza…!!!!

It’s the same bunch of goodies but…grab factor…zero !!
Take those same bunch of goodies and sprinkle it liberally over your edible canvas and you get a delicious multimillion dollar industry out of it.

We have a formula and we stick to it… the dough lets us know when its happy and ready to work with us, we keep the dough happy, and we produce.
That is the secret to a good pizza base, keeping your dough happy.
“It ain’t what you do …it’s the way that you do it… and that’s what gets results”….
We use an exceedingly good quality flour to start with.
We use other high-quality ingredients to support the flour.
We use the same products and the same suppliers; we stick to the formula.
Our staff are well trained, they love what they do and know the formula inside and out.
