Ariz Libnan (Cedars of Lebanon) is the culmination of 3 generations of baking with the most delicate and fragrant Lebanese ingredients. Growing up in the midst of war in 1970's Lebanon baking was a way of escape, a way of bringing sweetness to an otherwise bitter world.
