2025 kawasaki Zx10 (gen 6)

This I really enjoyed - probably spent too much time on it

The catalytic converter has been removed with a beautiful exhaust canister and link pipe as well as a performance air filter and the stick air fuel sensor was disconnected.

I know that your first instinct will want to see the max power at max rpm - thats not that impressive, it took me less than 20 minutes to tune 100% throttle.
Getting up to 100% throttle is much much quicker now.

I have attached dyno graphs run at of 5%, 10%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% throttle positions
(Not to hurt the bike too much i cut the dyno abit before the stock limiter - I DID NOT RAISE THE LIMITER! if I did figures would be higher)

Look through them - red is hp, green is torque and blue is air fuel ratio... the dotted line is before the full dyno tune.

First off - the stock fueling (dotted blue) is ridiculously lean, boardering on dangerous to the engine. But manufacturers have to do this to give us bikes like these. The solid blue line is current fueling - is aimed for 13.0 as it gets pretty warm on the track

Part of the tuning is removing restrictions in the ecu, one of the big restrictions here are the electronic throttle valves that open up alot slower than anyone would want.

The owner does alot of track riding and wants ALL of the power that he paid for. Arguably I could have left in some of the restrictions just before 8000 to give a smoother torque curve and stop that dip, we probably will fine tune abit.

Have a look at the lower throttle graphs...
Dont focus on hp or torque numbers - all bikes are different, all dynos are different and even the time of day changes numbers. Look at the % gain. Im sure that with with all of this power, alot of time will be spent at low throttle.
40% Throttle is about the power of a 750
60% Throttle is the power of most 1000s

The bike is so much h smoother and more rideable, its just soo damn fast!

Ps - I have cleaned up the dyno graphs abit, removing a whole lot of unnecessary information, if youd like to see the unaltered graphs, send me a message over whatsapp

Kawasaki ZX10 - Gen 5

Started off with a base flash to remove restrictions on the ecu then got it onto the dyno
- I found restrictions in the initial roll on, midrange cruising and at wide open throttle at high revs

The short exhaust took abit of work to smooth out - fueling was all over the place but eventually got it spot on

GSXR1000 R

This one took abit of time - new performance air filter, cleaned upper injectors, fuel pump service, derestricted ecu and dyno tune

The results were worth all of the work

Bottom end and midrange are much smoother with better throttle response and big power gains, it runs cooler and should be quite abit lighter on fuel.

A decent increase in top end power also

CBR600RR - 03/04

Power Commander 5 fitted, calibrated and dyno tuned.
Through all of the throttle ranges.

Looking past the numbers, we got huge gains in throttle response, ridability, and acceleration

Suzuki GSXR750 2008 - 2010

After a decat and a slip on was fitted, the bike felt terrible at the bottom.

Lots of time spent tuning from throughout the throttle ranges (5%,10%,20%,40%,60%,80% and 100%) to get throttle response and smoothness back, some serious power gains aswell

Suzuki Gsx8R

Derestricted, recalibrated, and dyno tuned.

As standard, the bike is very restricted. The throttle and power delivery are not linear. it's hard become one with the bike, it seems to do its own thing, giving the rider very little control

After a few days work its a weapon. Sharp, crisp, predictable and soo much fun to ride. Its a brilliant boke!
Runs are at 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% throttle

2026 GSXR1000

Still has the catalytic converter and exhaust valve in place... 1500kms on the clock

Runs at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% throttle
Dotted line was from a few months ago (different day, different conditions and all of that...)

No mods, pump fuel, just a fun road bike

A very strong zx6

Honda Cbr600f -

Ecu Derestrict/ re- calibrate and dyno tune.

Besides huge gains in throttle response, smoothness and a much healthier motor

We managed 30% gains in low to mid throttle positions, 20% gains in mid-range and
about 10 % gains at wide open throttle.

2024 Yamaha Teneré 700

This one wasn't in for more power.
Restrictions are getting so bad with new bikes. They run hot, the throttle isnt linear and with holes in fueling and ignition timming they are just not enjoyable to ride.

Sadly dyno graphs dont really show the improvements in feel, rideability, quicker throttle response, smoother roll on, cooler running motor, more reliable, lighter on fuel and better acceleration and top end.

Its a brilliant bike, with loads of features 😊
