Looking for the perfect summer dessert for Christmas?🎄🍨🍓

Try this home-made sorbet, using our delicious frozen berries (Only R50 for 1KG):

Ingredients:
-200g Granulated Sugar
-500g Frozen Berries
-1 Lemon, juiced

Method:
-Put the sugar and 270ml water in a saucepan over low heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved. -Raise the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the liquid has become a syrup.
-Set aside to cool.
-Put the berries and lemon juice in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
-Combine the sugar syrup and poor into freezer-proof container.
-Freeze for about 2 hours.
-Makes 8-10 servings
