This Sunday, 12 July, we’re bringing RED to Marble Cape Town’s Seven Colour Sundays Brunch and we couldn’t be more excited.

Marble has partnered with the V&A Waterfront and V&A Watershed to spotlight local makers, and we are the featured artisan for the Red Sunday experience. Our pieces will be woven into the campaign visuals, and on the day you’ll find a curated selection of our red‑themed work displayed inside the restaurant.

Running from **5 July to 16 August 2026**, the experience reimagines the beloved “7 Colours” tradition through Marble’s signature open-fire cooking, set against sweeping views of the V&A Waterfront. Expect a generous sharing-style menu built around colourful, seasonal dishes that pay tribute to local heritage, paired with live music from KFM 94.5 for a relaxed, feel-good Sunday atmosphere.

It's soccer season and we’re thinking back to 2010, the year South Africa hosted the World Cup, and the year Iziko Museums of South Africa commissioned unique Ubuntu Bowls from us to honour the occasion.

For those, our traditional circle of women became soccer players, standing together in unity and celebration.
A reminder of how art captures history, culture and the spirit of a nation.

It was a proud moment then, and it's proud memory now.
