🔧 Full-Time Handyman Wanted — Join Our Property Development Team
We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and detail-driven handyman to join our growing property development business. This is a full-time position based in Cape Town, working across a range of high-end residential and commercial projects.
🧰 About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for:
• General handyman and light construction work
• Repairs, maintenance, and finishing touches on luxury properties
• Small-scale carpentry, painting, and installations
• Site prep and on-site problem solving
• Preparing and submitting basic quotes for small jobs
This is a hands-on, labour-intensive role — perfect for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys variety in their day.
✅ Requirements:
• Valid driver’s licence
• 4+ years proven handyman or light construction experience
• Currently employed and looking to grow into a long-term position
• Excellent eye for detail and finishing quality
• Ability to quote accurately and work independently
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and trustworthy
• References: Two contactable previous employers are required
💰 Salary:
R8 000 – R14 000 per month, depending on experience and skill level
